About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 12+ years of experience in managing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, particularly within the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will have worked on projects for Saudi Aramco, and will report directly to the Project Director.
The Project Manager will oversee engineering teams responsible for metering skids, Modular Skids, Analyzers shelters, flow measurement devices, flow computers, and field instrumentation. They will manage the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource management, and customer satisfaction, while adhering to financial and quality standards

The ideal candidate will have worked on projects for Saudi Aramco, and will report directly to the Project Director.
The Project Manager will oversee engineering teams responsible for metering skids, Modular Skids, Analyzers shelters, flow measurement devices, flow computers, and field instrumentation. They will manage the execution of projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource management, and customer satisfaction, while adhering to financial and quality standards
- Lead the day-to-day operations of EPC projects, managing all aspects from planning to delivery, under the supervision of the Project Director.
- Oversee engineering teams working on metering skids, flow measurement devices, and instrumentation calibration, ensuring that all technical requirements are met.
- Maintain regular communication with customers, managing their expectations and ensuring their satisfaction with project progress.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget and on schedule, while escalating potential risks or issues to the Project Director as necessary.
- Assist in identifying and processing customer change orders, ensuring that any scope adjustments are captured and approved.
- Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely acquisition of project materials and services, in line with budget and project goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, maintaining clear documentation and collaborating with the Project Director for resolution.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Quality Management System (QMS) and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field).
- 12+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the EPC sector.
- Experience with Saudi Aramco and ADNOC projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with metering skids, flow measurement devices, flow computers, and instrumentation calibration.
- PMP or other project management certifications preferred.
- Significant experience managing EPC projects, particularly for Saudi Aramco and ADNOC.
- Proven track record in leading teams for metering skids, flow measurement devices, and instrumentation calibrations.
- Demonstrated ability to work under the direction of a senior leader, such as a Project Director, while taking full ownership of project execution.
- Familiarity with change management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance processes.
- Expertise in developing project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of EPC projects.
- Ability to monitor project costs and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Experience in working with procurement teams to source materials and services.
- Proficiency in managing project changes and scope adjustments.
- Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for both internal collaboration and customer engagement.
- Quick and creative thinker capable of resolving project challenges effectively.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail to manage multiple aspects of the project simultaneously.
