We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience in project management, particularly with projects executed in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should possess technical expertise in planning, managing, and monitoring projects, leveraging tools such as MS Project. The role involves leading project assessments, stakeholder mapping, process design, KPI development, and reporting. Strong client relationship management skills are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full lifecycle of project management, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects.
• Conduct current assessments to identify project needs and areas of improvement.
• Perform stakeholder mapping and ensure clear communication and expectations management across all levels.
• Design and implement new processes to streamline project delivery and improve efficiency.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure project performance, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Generate detailed reports based on collected data, ensuring clarity and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any concerns or challenges.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Utilize technical project management tools such as MS Project to plan and follow up on program progress.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, with demonstrable experience managing projects in Saudi Arabia.
• Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Strong technical skills in using project management tools (e.g., MS Project).
• Proven ability to develop processes, KPIs, and performance reports.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and client relationship building.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
