- Plan and execute events, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and on-site operations.
- Monitor risks, quality, and event performance.
- Prepare progress updates and post-event reports.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in event management or project management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
- Experience dealing with vendors, logistics, and on-site event execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
