Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to efficiently manage and execution the Project lifecycle from ideation to fruition whilst keeping within the boundaries of scope, time and cost. Oversees project planning, execution, and delivery while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. They coordinate resources, budgets, and timelines to meet project objectives efficiently. Risk management and problem-solving are key responsibilities to mitigate issues and keep projects on track. Effective communication with stakeholders, teams, and clients is essential for progress reporting and decision-making. Ultimately, a Project Manager ensures project success by balancing scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
key Responsibilities:
- Project requirement gathering and scoping the Project in alignment with all relevant stakeholders.
- Conducting the technical feasibility for the Project and facilitating the financial feasibility.
- Defining project tasks and resource requirements.
- Developing, maintaining and abiding by the project plans and timelines.
- Defining all project stakehplders and managing them effectively.
- Preparing and Managing Project Budget.
- Managing Project Procurement.
- Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, coordination with Electro-mechanical discipline, time schedule and construction quality control aspects.
- Managing project resource allocation.
- Monitoring and reporting project progress of a project on timely basis.
- Defining the project risk register and managing the same throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing changes within the project by means of effective change management.
- Supporting external project within the domain of my specialization.
- Supporting the competency development of the team.
- Complying with Health, Safety and Environment regulations and working practices of KDD and the State of Kuwait when carrying out duties.
- Executing Management directives as required.
- Functional Reporting to: Executive Manager – Building Maintenance & Development.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience working as Project Manager.
- Solid experience in FMCG industrial projects as Project Manager.
- The candidate must either come from an Engineering Consultants office, or General Contracting company.
- Good experience in reviewing shop drawings, material submittals, coordination with Electro-mechanical discipline, time schedule and construction quality control aspects.
- Should be able to manage a multi project portfolio – adept with Project portfolio management.
- Should have handled big Projects (minimum 100 million USD).
- Experience in KSA is an advantage. Familiar with KSA Governmental Rules and Regulation Experience in dairy projects is an advantage.
- Proficient in working with MS office programs Expert in working with MS Project Proficient in working with CAD.
- Previous Supervision Consultant Experience.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to relocate, if required.
- Must have a Valid SCE Membership.
- Must have a Valid IQAMA, if non-Saudi.
