The Project

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development, including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts, along with all associated infrastructure.

You’ll Be Responsible For

• Deliver projects from brief through to construction, ensuring alignment with programme milestones and client expectations.
• Manage quality systems and ensure service excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support senior leaders and project teams with timely, accurate task delivery and coordination.
• Oversee project budgets, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure financial integrity.
• Lead consultant and design teams collaboratively to meet strategic KPIs and project outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and contribute to the long-term development of the business unit.
• Promote a culture of safety and well-being, applying Mace’s HSW framework and local regulations across all project activities.
  
  

You'll Need To Have

• Professional accreditation (e.g. RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent demonstrable development.
• Proven experience delivering real estate projects with strong stakeholder and team leadership.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability across project life cycles.
• Understanding of sustainability and carbon considerations in modern construction delivery.
