This role requires comprehensive expertise in setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), preparing detailed reports, and ensuring the alignment of project objectives with organizational goals. The Project Manager will excel in planning and organizing complex projects while effectively managing stakeholder communications and expectations. Additionally, a proven ability to drive digital transformation initiatives and system development, combined with adept problem-solving and risk management skills, is essential. Candidates must hold professional certifications such as PMP and Business Analyst, and possess a technical background that supports effective project management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in national project initiatives.
• Proven experience in Project Management Office (PMO) operations and functions.
• Strong expertise in establishing, tracking, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Demonstrated ability to assess user requirements and develop customized solutions.
• Advanced skills in planning, organizing, and executing complex projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Job Responsibilities:
