Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in engineering and at least 5 years of progressive responsibility in project management within the relevant domain. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of Project Management Office (PMO) functions and demonstrate a track record of successfully assessing end-user requirements to develop tailored solutions that meet identified needs. This role requires comprehensive expertise in setting and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), preparing detailed reports, and ensuring the alignment of project objectives with organizational goals. The Project Manager will excel in planning and organizing complex projects while effectively managing stakeholder communications and expectations. Additionally, a proven ability to drive digital transformation initiatives and system development, combined with adept problem-solving and risk management skills, is essential. Candidates must hold professional certifications such as PMP and Business Analyst, and possess a technical background that supports effective project management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in national project initiatives.
- Proven experience in Project Management Office (PMO) operations and functions.
- Strong expertise in establishing, tracking, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrated ability to assess user requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Advanced skills in planning, organizing, and executing complex projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Experience in driving digital transformation and developing systems that enhance operational efficiency.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Business Analyst.
- Technical proficiency that enhances understanding and management of project-related tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies is preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget allocation.
- Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess project health and deliverables.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates, gather input, and ensure alignment of project vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather end-user requirements and deliver tailored solutions accordingly.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives by leveraging technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
- Implement risk management strategies, proactively identifying and resolving potential project risks and issues.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports to senior management, summarizing progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and practices within PMO guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in project management and digital transformations.
