PROJECT MANAGER

Job Summary:

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of projects. With around 4 years of experience, the Project Manager will lead teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.
• Manage the project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
• Facilitate team meetings, and ensure completion of action items.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer science, or related field.
• Between 4 to 5 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in project management software tools and methodologies.
• Good communication in both Arabic and English.

Preferred Skills:

• PMP or equivalent project management certification is plus.
• Experience with tools like MS Project.
