We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Senior Consultant with an IT background to support a focused two-month engagement. The consultant will leverage their expertise in project management frameworks and tools to ensure the successful delivery of project objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of IT systems, particularly enterprise project management (EPM) tools and systems such as SAP. The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to project planning and execution, aligning with industry best practices.

Key Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in project management, with a strong record of delivering successful projects.
• Background in IT, with hands-on experience in implementing and managing IT systems.
• PMP certification is mandatory.
• Proficient in project management tools and systems, including EPM, SAP, and similar platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• IT Systems and Tools Management
• Provide expertise in implementing and optimizing project management systems (e.g., EPM, SAP).
• Train team members and stakeholders on the effective use of project management tools.
• Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
• Reporting and Documentation
• Generate comprehensive project reports, including performance metrics, milestones, and KPIs.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and aligns with organizational standards.
• Process Improvement
• Identify opportunities to improve project management practices and tools usage.
• Recommend best practices to enhance efficiency and ensure project delivery excellence.
