Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Project Management:

  • Lead project coordination from requirements gathering through execution and closure.
  • Ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality functions.

Structured Planning Risk Mitigation

  • Develop and execute detailed project plans with clear milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Cross-Functional Resource Coordination

  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and logistics to support each phase of the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure timely availability of resources and resolve bottlenecks in collaboration with functional leads.

Data-Driven Analysis Retrospectives

  • Collect and analyze project data using scientific and statistical methods.
  • Conduct regular retrospectives to evaluate outcomes and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Issue Resolution Process Improvement

  • Identify and resolve complex project issues using a systematic, big-picture approach.
  • Translate hands-on experience into scalable process improvements to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination or program support, preferably in a manufacturing or tech environment.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
