Your role

• Lead and manage MV, HV and EHV cable accessories installation projects from initiation to completion in country and abroad
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Supervise on-site installation activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Plan, perform and lead type test installation of MV, HV and EHV cable accessories
• Organize and deliver comprehensive training programs on installation procedures for MV and HV cable accessories
• Lead and Monitor of inventory for the installation and training hub material and tools
• Ensure compliance with safety regualtions in accordance to procedures and to project requirements and site SWMS (Safe Work Method Statement)
• Prepare regular reports for senior management
• Communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and trustworthy communication
  
  

Your profile

• Electrical or mechanical Engineer / Technician with (preferably) more than 5 years experience in the project realization in the Saudi market (for example: cable laying and accessories installation, MV/HV substation installation, maintenance of equipment, etc.)
• Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and its dynamics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of health and safety in the work environment
• Willingness to learn, develop and travel
• Fluent English, Arabic language skills are preferred
