Our Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector. Increasing electrification and efficiency are key and demand for green H2 and derivative fuels will rise. We enable decarbonization of the industrial sector and the transition to sustainable processes, building on a strong industrial customer base, a global network, diverse technologies, and integrated execution capabilities.

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects from award to delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Prepare technical documentation, quotations, and project status reports.
- Monitor site activities and coordinate personnel effectively.
- Ensure timely completion of project schedules and milestones.
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to track material delivery and fabrication progress.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related discipline (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
- Strong academic background in turbomachinery, mechanical systems, or thermal-fluid sciences is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, turbines) and their components.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn, high attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
