Project Engineer - Siemens Energy, Riyadh KSA - #16385

How you’ll make an impact?

• Support the Project Manager in the daily project’s activities.
• Acting on behalf of the Project Manager as required.
• Managing the execution team of different disciplines towards project completion.
• Active role in executing the project in accordance with the applicable project management standards and customer requirements with end-to-end responsibility for economic results, quality, schedule, and EHS.
• Along with other team members the definition and management of schedules, budget, risk, change control, opportunity, and resource management.
• Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with the respective quality management systems and NPS.

What you bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from a reputable university.
• At least 5+ years of experience in working with electrical HV substations and SVC projects.
• PMI or IPMA certification is an advantage.
• Excellent command of English.
• Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks.
• Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in critical situations.
• Good leadership and stakeholders’ management skills.
• Proven integrity and high personal standards of behaviour.
• Experience in working in a multinational and multicultural environment, as well as proven interpersonal skills and ability to successfully engage with diverse audiences.
