Project Engineer ( Civil )

Location: Saudi Arabia

Scope:

This role involves managing and overseeing civil engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for problem-solving and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination:

• Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure projects meet technical standards, regulatory compliance, and client specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and clients to drive project success.

Client Engagement & Communication:

• Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project status and address their requirements.
• Identify and resolve project issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Technical Analysis & Problem-Solving:

• Perform detailed analysis and assessments of technical data, implementing innovative solutions to complex problems.
• Utilise critical thinking to evaluate project risks and develop contingency plans.

Time Management & Decision Making:

• Prioritise tasks effectively to manage workload and deliver projects on time.
• Make informed decisions, demonstrating reliability and initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in managing and delivering civil engineering projects successfully.
• Excellent analytical, creative thinking and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
• Proficient in project management software and MS Office applications.
