Join Qiddiya Investment Company as a Project Director - Sports Arenas, where you will take a lead role in the delivery and development of the sports arenas that form part of wider sports assets program. In this critical position, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of sports arena projects, ensuring that they meet operational goals and exceed expectations in project development and delivery.

- Lead the planning, design, development and delivery sports arena projects, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to drive project delivery while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Develop project execution plans, identifying key milestones and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and changes, facilitating effective communication with senior management and stakeholders
- Foster relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and industry partners to promote successful project outcomes
- Implement project management best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Mentor and guide project teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and improve future project performance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus
- A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in project management and must have delivered at least one sports arena/stadium project from design to handover stage
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale sports assets projects,
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and engage stakeholders effectively
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
