Project Director ( DEL 502 )

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a seasoned Project Director to oversee the development and execution of large-scale projects that contribute to our vision of creating a world-class entertainment and leisure destination. In this role, you will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while aligning with the strategic goals of Qiddiya.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals
• Lead cross-functional project teams, providing direction and support to ensure cohesiveness in the execution of projects
• Monitor project progress and performance, preparing and presenting project status reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Identify and manage project risks, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place to address potential issues proactively
• Foster collaboration among various stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project expectations and requirements
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements during all phases of project execution
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, implementing best practices for enhanced efficiency
• Mentor and coach project team members, promoting professional development and growth
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with a focus on large-scale developments
• Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion
• Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in team management and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, adept at managing relationships with various stakeholders
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in project management software and methodologies
