Project Director

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Project Director to take charge of our transformative projects within the entertainment and leisure sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing all phases of project delivery, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and operational goals. As a Project Director, you will lead cross-functional teams to turn innovative concepts into reality while delivering exceptional value to stakeholders and guests alike.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, encompassing scope, objectives, timeline, and resource allocation
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication across all levels
• Oversee project execution from initiation through completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards and budget constraints
• Proactively identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to address potential issues
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for project advancement
• Engage with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies, to ensure successful project delivery
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices throughout the project lifecycle
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation among project teams
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in project management, preferably within the entertainment, construction, or hospitality sectors
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
