Project Director

This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to lead and manage complex projects within a dynamic and growing organisation. The Project Director will be responsible for the overall success of assigned projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong leader with exceptional communication, organisational, and technical skills, and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Monitor project progress and performance, reporting regularly to senior management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes.
• Manage and oversee project documentation and reporting.
• Contribute to business development activities by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in project management, preferably within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proven ability to successfully manage large-scale, complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of contract management and procurement processes.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia is highly desirable.
