About the Job:

We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Project Support Specialists (HR Focus) to join our Riyadh team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR-related project support, ensuring efficient coordination within PMO environments, and driving recruitment, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The position requires bilingual communication proficiency in both English and Arabic.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:
  • Provide project support within HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, reporting, and employee engagement.
  • Coordinate with project managers, HR teams, and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present HR-related reports, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Support the implementation of HR processes, policies, and systems within ongoing projects.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies and local labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate HR databases and records in alignment with project requirements.
  • Facilitate communication across departments and provide administrative support to the PMO.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for enhanced HR project processes
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR and project coordination.
  • Proven expertise in recruitment, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong skills in Excel, reporting tools, and project coordination within PMO environments.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively
Language Proficiency Requirements:
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic (both oral and written).

  • Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and communications in both languages.

Knowledge and Functional Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRIS systems, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with project coordination practices within PMO environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
