About The Job

As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating UX Projects, which includes responsibilities such as assigning tasks, coordinating the team to deliver the right solutions at the right time, and collaborating with our clients.

Location: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate UX Projects while collaborating with our clients.
• Be the contact person between clients and the team members.
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Planning, coordinating and conducting stakeholder meetings.
• Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Determining project changes.
• Undertaking project tasks as required.
• Developing project strategies.
• Resolving project conflicts in case they arise.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensure stakeholders' views are managed towards the best solutions.
• Create a project Management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
• Coordinating project team members and developing schedules and individual responsibilities.
  
  

Requirements

• Previous experience in one of the following: Project Management in UX/UI, Design, IT, Software Development, Consulting, an Agency, or what is similar.
• Strong team management skills.
• Strong communication and soft skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both Arabic & English languages is required.

• Exceptional listening skills.
• Understanding of UX Software such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Invision, Zeplin, etc.
• Familiarity with User-Centered Design (UCD).
• Knowledge of best UX Design practices designing outstanding solutions.
