Foreground is partnering with a leading events and entertainment organization in Saudi Arabia to identify a proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of high-profile events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling fast-paced operations while ensuring coordination between teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating event timelines, schedules, and detailed project plans.
  • Coordinate logistics including transportation, venue booking, vendor management, and catering.
  • Prepare and distribute event materials, including presentations, contracts, and vendor agreements.
  • Serve as a liaison with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Track deliverables and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.
  • Provide on-site support during setup, live events, and teardown.
  • Help manage event staff and address real-time issues.
  • Assist in post-event reporting and feedback collection.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in event coordination or project support.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
