Project Coordinator - BWS KSA

Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Riyadh, KSA (with possible travel)


About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our ongoing initiatives in Riyadh and other project locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and logistics.
  
• Prepare and manage reports, presentations, and project documentation.
  
• Handle correspondence and communication (emails, calls, meeting notes) with internal teams and external partners.
  
• Support data organization and tracking through Excel and project management tools.
  
• Assist in preparing materials and presentations for internal and client meetings.
  
• Ensure smooth communication and alignment between departments.
  
Travel occasionally to project sites as required

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  
• Based in Riyadh, with openness to travel within the Kingdom (Most Likely AlUla)
  
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Organized, dependable, and capable of managing priorities under pressure.
  
• Previous experience in coordination, administration, or similar roles is an advantage.
