- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate project meetings, prepare agenda, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project progress and update project status reports.
- Develop and maintain project documentations and follow-up on action items.
- Facilitate communication between project team members.
- Ensure project risks and issues are identified, communicated and documented appropriately.
- Prepare presentations for project-related discussions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in project coordination.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
