WSP in the Middle East is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our growing team in Riyadh, KSA. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth coordination of project activities, assisting design managers, and contributing to the successful delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects.
Responsibilities
- Support project teams by coordinating day-to-day activities and ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Assist Design Managers with administrative tasks, documentation control, and internal reporting.
- Facilitate effective communication across multidisciplinary teams and with external stakeholders.
- Monitor resource allocation and project schedules to help ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action trackers, and status reports.
- Support the preparation of presentations, project dashboards, and client submissions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in a project coordination or support role, ideally within a consultancy or design environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and project coordination tools (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Middle East and familiarity with regional project delivery standards is preferred.
