The Reporting Manager will develop, implement, and maintain robust construction reporting systems to monitor the time, cost, scope, and risk aspects of large-scale transport infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will leverage Power BI to deliver insightful, real-time dashboards and reports that support decision-making at both operational and executive levels. Experience in railway projects is highly advantageous.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain dynamic reporting dashboards using Power BI, with data sourced from Oracle Unifier and other project control tools
  • Develop automated reporting workflows within Oracle Unifier, including business processes, shell templates, and data integrations
  • Consolidate and interpret data across project functions (planning, cost, contracts, risk) into unified reporting structures
  • Lead the preparation of weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports
  • Automate data collection and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  • Conduct in-depth project data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Prepare executive-level summaries and presentations for senior management and stakeholders
  • Ensure data integrity by implementing quality control measures and validation processes
  • Train project teams in best practices for using Power BI and Oracle Unifier for project reporting


Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, Data Science, or a related field.

Experience: 15-20 years of experience in developing construction reporting systems, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or transport projects.

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI and strong technical expertise in Oracle Unifier, including configuration, reporting, and process automation
  • Strong knowledge of construction project controls (schedule, cost, risk)
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Primavera, SAP) and data integration


Preferred:

  • Railway or transport infrastructure project experience
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
