Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor staff timing and tasks.
- Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.
- Ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available in his site.
- Follow up with deferent internal divisions to assure smooth operation.
- Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members.
- Gathering data, compiling reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction.
- A valid driving license.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
- Good leadership, organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- A willingness to learn.
- Work location – Dammam, KSA
- Full-time employment.
