SUMMARY

A dynamic construction company established in 2020, with an impressive record of completed and ongoing high-quality projects are looking for an experienced Project Architect to lead architectural projects from concept to completion. This role involves managing project schedules, budgets, and resources while ensuring designs meet client requirements and industry standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of architectural projects, from initial concept development to final
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost- effective execution.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and consultants, to align project objectives.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary teams
  Lead the development of design concepts and architectural solutions that meet client requirements and project goals.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, models, and specifications prepared by team
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry
• Act as the primary client liaison, addressing feedback and concerns.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain quality and resolve design issues.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Education: Bachelor's/master's in architecture
• Experience: 8-10 years (3+ years in project management)
• Certifications: RIBA, AIA, or equivalent preferred
• Technical Skills: Primavera P6, BIM automation tools, Autodesk Suite
• Competencies: Strong leadership, problem-solving, time management, and attention to detail
