What's the Role?
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be the face of Hilti, you’ll be out in the field, building strong direct relationships with customers across construction sites, offices, and warehouses. You’ll deliver tailored Hilti solutions, driving growth by using our innovative tools, software, and services to build real, value-driven partnerships and improve operational efficiency. You'll also proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the Mid-Projects segments across Saudi.

- Manage your own customer portfolio
- Demonstrate and sell innovative products and software
- Delivering consultative solutions that drive customer success
- Collaborate with a supportive team and report to your regional sales manager

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Background in interior finishing or construction is a plus
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Self-driven, team-oriented, and customer-focused
- A KSA driving license and willingness to travel.
