About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and decisive Program Director (Aviation) to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As the Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of our aviation programs, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with organizational goals.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for aviation programs, aligning them with organizational objectives and industry trends
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality program outcomes within specified timelines and budgets
• Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure optimal utilization and cost-effectiveness
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, aviation partners, and internal departments
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards across all program activities
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to program success, developing contingency plans as necessary
• Provide regular progress reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
• Stay abreast of industry developments and incorporate innovative practices into program strategies
