المهام والوصف الوظيفي:
  • Supervise and control daily production activities according to the production plan

  • Ensure machines and equipment are operated efficiently and safely

  • Monitor production output, cycle times, and material usage to achieve targets

  • Ensure proper setup and changeover of molds, dies, or extrusion tools as required

  • Adjust machine settings for quality or efficiency improvements

  • Recommend corrective actions for recurring production or operator issues

  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to operators and technicians

  • Ensure products meet defined specifications and quality standards

  • Ensure correct raw materials and color masterbatches are used as per production order

  • Prepare and submit daily production reports (output, downtime, waste, manpower)

  • Resolve minor machine issues and operator errors on the floor

    • Strong Mechanical aptitude and Trouble shooting skills in Thermforming process
    • Ability to read and interpret Technical Documents and blue prints
