Job Summary:

We are hiring a Production Manager to lead day-to-day factory operations for premium kitchens, wardrobes, closets, fit-out, wooden ceilings, and timber façades. This is an urgent, immediate-hire opportunity for a hands-on leader with deep know-how in wood manufacturing.

The ideal candidate is execution-driven, floor-focused, and experienced in running two-shift, high-capacity lines—driving OEE, throughput, first-pass yield, safety, and quality while coordinating closely with Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and QC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily/weekly production to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

• Supervise shift operations; balance manpower and machines to remove bottlenecks in real time.

• Manage CNC machining, pressing, edging, assembly, and finishing with strict process discipline.

• Enforce safety, 5S, and housekeeping; ensure regulatory and HSE compliance across the floor.

• Coordinate preventive/predictive maintenance to minimize downtime; plan changeovers and shutdowns.

• Run production via ERP/MES and ensure accurate WO confirmations and material bookings.

• Analyze performance and publish daily/weekly reports and monthly KPI dashboards.

• Collaborate with Engineering on routings/BOMs and manufacturability; align materials and schedules with Planning/Logistics.

• Coach, mentor, and upskill supervisors and operators to build a high-ownership culture.

Minimum Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering or related field.

Experience:

• 10+ years in a wood/joinery factory environment, supervising teams and meeting production targets.

• Proven track record managing large-scale wood/joinery operations, including two-shift environments.

• Success in top-tier, high-capacity facilities across kitchens, wardrobes, joinery, fit-out, wooden ceilings, and timber façades.

• Familiarity with advanced CNC machinery, automation, and integrated MES/ERP.

Systems: Working proficiency with ERP/MES and Excel for production control and reporting.

Languages: Fluency in English and Arabic.
