Job Purpose
As the Production Lead , you will play a pivotal role in leading and inspiring a production team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency while meet production goals. Collaboration, problem-solving, and continuous improvement are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a production team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency in daily operations.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for enhanced processes and team performance.
- Investigate and resolve production issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure production schedules are met and deliver high-quality products on time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support audits and regulatory inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance.
Team Structure & Work Environment
- Initially, 3 direct reports will be under this position, with future growth to 7–8 direct reports.
- Reporting team includes production operators and packaging staff.
- The role involves shift work, requiring adaptability and flexibility to manage operations effectively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacy, or Science, Engineering).
- S hould ideally have a pharmaceutical background. Engineering candidates with prior experience in pharmaceutical companies may also be considered
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries.
- Hands-on experience managing production lines, zones, and areas to achieve operational excellence.
- Proven track record of optimizing production processes, resolving bottlenecks, and driving maximum efficiency.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
- Written and spoken English; working knowledge of Arabic is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing, particularly in packaging or production.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Previous experience managing or supervising a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with SAP or similar systems.
