Production Assistant, Saudi Pro League (KSA)

What You’ll Do:

IMG are looking for a Production Assistant to join the Saudi Pro League production team based in Riyadh. In this role you will support the production team with day to day production of the live host broadcast production.

PLEASE NOTE:

• We are only considering Saudi Nationals at this time.
• This is a full-time fixed contract until May 2027 based in our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• This role will require working weekends and unsocial hours and you will be required to travel within KSA to various match locations/stadiums.

Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities

General Administrative Support

• Provide key administrative and general support to the Saudi Pro League team - duties will include diary management, meeting minutes and agendas, travel arrangements, processing expenses etc.
• You will also work closely with Production Coordinators and Managers who are responsible for hiring freelance crews. You will assist with creating Call Sheets, using IMG scheduling software and learn about our key Health and Safety standards.
• Responsible for creating music cue sheets and any post-production paperwork. (Training will be provided)
• Responsible for organising, and booking hotels, travel, meeting rooms with relevant IT/AV support, catering etc for meetings.
• Support crews with visa applications, record keeping, cost/budget management and ideally have a good sense of TV terminology for Live Broadcast Football production.
• You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job.
