Product Success Specialist

As a Product Success Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating, deploying and managing tech products launched by the company for the clients. You will be responsible for project management, stakeholder management, analysis and reporting for the assigned tech products.

In this role, you will:

• Work with tech teams on scoping & deployment of different products;
• Ideate and innovate with regard to new and existing products;
• Create product deployment trackers and coordinate with all stakeholders for task completion;
• Take end-to-end ownership of the product to make it a success;
• Create reports on the deployment and adoption of the assigned products;
• Work with the field teams to seek clients to test, deploy and manage services;
• Get product change requirements from the clients and other stakeholders;
• Assist in training the clients on the assigned product;
• Work with the marketing department to launch product uptake campaigns;
• Share marketing campaign results with the stakeholders regarding the products;
• Handle client complaints and get resolutions from the tech or operations teams

• Bachelor's degree in business, CS, IT or other technical fields;
• A master's degree is a plus
• 4+ years of work experience in project/product management;
• Experience in e-commerce, internet and/or digital media is a plus;
• Experience in enabling stakeholders to become data-driven
• Proficient in Project Manager;
• Good understanding of the Product development cycle;
• Excellent knowledge of tech products and platforms
• Excellent analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations;
• Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail;
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
• Takes initiative;
