What will you be doing?

This role forms part of the Sports Medicine Division. The purpose of this role is to be responsible and accountable for the management and growth of an assigned market segment and product lines in support of the overall divisional strategy.

What will you need to be successful?

• Product Knowledge & Training this involves understanding every aspect of the robotics product, including technical specs, usage, limitations, and differentiators.
• Training internal teams and external clients on product features and functionalities
• Development of user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Provide Customer Support by assisting clients with technical issues and product queries, ensuring prompt and effective troubleshooting.
• Provide feedback from users on performance, usability, and feature requests to relay to the product and engineering teams.
• Collaboration with engineers in testing new features and updates, identifying any issues before release.
• Knowledgeable about competitor robotic solutions, highlighting areas where the product could improve or differentiate.
• Market Research & Analysis
• Sales & Marketing Support

Successful candidates would need the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Biomedical engineering .
• At least 2 years total experience in the Robotics field.
• The ability to communicate both in English and Arabic.
