Product Owner – Telecom Industry - 10-Month Engagement

Location: Riyadh, KSA.

Years of Experience: 15+ years.

Project Duration: 10 months.

Working Arrangement: on-site.

Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken).

We are seeking a highly capable and results-driven Product Owner with extensive experience in the telecom industry to lead the end-to-end delivery of business-critical systems over a 10-month engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the development, optimization, and integration of multiple telecom platforms and applications, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to deliver impactful solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner within the telecom industry, delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end delivery of complex systems and platforms.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the following systems:
• Team Management System
• B2B Rolling & Lead Management
• Service Care & Customer Auto Management
• TBSS Business Ticket Resolution
• Customer Care Software (e.g., L1 Ticketing, Piger)
• End-to-End Call Center Applications
• Partner Relationship & Revenue Management Systems
• Self-Service Systems unified under a single platform

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple systems and stakeholders simultaneously in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for a suite of telecom systems and platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities.
• Gather and translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Manage and optimize performance across key systems, ensuring stability, scalability, and usability.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and external vendors.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee the unification and integration of self-service systems into a single seamless platform.
