To reach our ambitious goals, we are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
• Define and prioritize the product backlog, epics, and user stories, translating business needs into actionable tasks.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Engage directly with stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements.
• Lead and facilitate workshops, roadmap planning, and backlog refinement.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and product impact to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their needs and shaping innovative solutions.
• Work in an agile environment, adapting to changing priorities and new insights.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong background in agile methodologies, backlog management, and requirements analysis.
• Experience working with large-scale digital solutions and complex stakeholder environments.
• Solid understanding of UX, customer journey mapping, and process modeling.
• Ability to collaborate with development teams and understand technical constraints.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to align teams and stakeholders.
• You must be based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• You must be native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.
