Role Overview
As the Product Manager for Post purchase experience at Tamara, you will be a key driver of our product vision, working closely with engineers, data analysts, data scientists, designers, and other product managers to build the perfect purchase and settlement experience for consumers. Your responsibilities span from guiding daily operations to defining and executing a long-term product strategy, employing creative problem-solving, pragmatic decision-making, and focused prioritization. You will champion new initiatives, foster product expansion and adoption, and ensure technical excellence across our solutions. Leveraging deep expertise in building best-in-class checkout journeys and payment products —covering areas such as order management, real-time monitoring, payments integration, post purchase journeys on app —you will deliver forward-thinking strategies that deliver the best experience for our customers and merchants.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership and Collaboration: Guide cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and analysts to develop and implement best post-purchase experience for our consumers from checkout to purchase management on app.
- Product Strategy and Development: Design, build and maintain APIs, services and systems, focusing on consumer-facing services with high availability and reliability and external vendor integration.
- Product Analytics and Insights: Analyze usage and e-commerce trends using data-driven insights and debug production issues across services.
- User-Centric Problem Solving: Collaborate with functional teams, product and operations teams to understand user pain points and develop solutions.
- Adaptive and Empathetic Teamwork: Work effectively with all team members through empathy and respect, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented outlook.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in checkout, payments and e-commerce.
- Familiarity with any of the following fields is highly advantageous: real-time decision engines, order management, or backend systems.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and building products that protect platforms and users.
- Driven, determined and curious team player with the ability to respond quickly and adapt without losing momentum.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work with engineers across the company and innovation in developing advanced product solutions.
