Product Designer

If so, then we should talk… Nortal’s Design team is searching for a Product Designer to deliver a range of design and innovation services for client in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will be responsible for overseeing and running digital design activities to make compelling user experiences. The aim is to deliver empowering and meaningful user experiences for digital products and deliverables within the business account at Nortal. This is a multifaceted role that involves working closely with service designers, product management, and members of agile sprint teams.

Responsibilities

• You will own product design end-to-end: from customer journeys & ecosystem maps to participatory design prototypes & wireframes.
• You will work directly with the agile sprint teams to present and communicate design concepts.
• You will mentor the team on world-class design principles and deliver quality design across projects.
• You will produce high-fidelity UI to define the visual language, design standards, patterns, and principles.
• You will design intuitive experiences and engaging user experiences by taking an active role in user research and testing.
• You will contribute to ideation sessions by helping to sketch initial design ideas and pixel-perfect prototypes.
• You will present and articulate the design decisions to internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• You have at least 6 years of experience in product design.
• You have a good knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro.
• You have strong empathy for users and can identify their current and future needs.
• You have experience in the product development process starting with user research uncovering pain points and opportunities to detailed UX/UI design specifications.
• You have experience working in a cross-functional team, involving research, design, engineering, data analysis, and business.
• You have excellent communication skills to communicate the creative vision, concepts, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively.
• You have experience in design systems and supporting on the development of it.
• You are familiar with different delivery approaches (e.g. scrum) and project management principles.
• You are native Arabic speaker.
• You are fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Consulting/agency experience is a bonus.
