We're seeking a creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our fast-paced embedded team on-site with our Riyadh client. The ideal candidate is a versatile producer and editor with a passion for storytelling. You'll bring visual concepts to life from shooting to post-production. Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop, refine and deliver high-quality video content that meets project goals, collaborating effectively with creative teams, client stakeholders, and internal departments. Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the process.
- Manage day-to-day creative development, pre-production, production, and post-production across multiple projects.
- Plan and organise sustainable shoots, including storyboarding, logistics, talent direction and filming.
- Produce and edit brand-consistent videos, incorporating color correction, sound design and motion graphics as needed.
- Estimate, manage and oversee projects from concept to delivery, ensuring creative excellence, adherence to deadlines, and budget compliance. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to manage expectations.
- Maintain organized digital assets, following Hogarth’s workflow processes for taxonomy, backup and retrieval. Ensure all necessary materials are readily available.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Explore and develop new avenues of potential work.
- Stay ahead of the industry’s current with trends in video production and digital media, contributing fresh, creative ideas.
- Optimize content for various social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat), adhering to best practices and platform-specific requirements.
The ideal candidate for this Producer/Editor (Preditor) role will have 7+ years of experience in video production, editing, and storytelling, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, brand-consistent content. They should be:
- A versatile storyteller with the ability to produce compelling video content from concept to final edit.
- A skilled producer and editor, experienced in managing all aspects of video production, including shooting, directing, and post-production.
- Proficient in industry-standard software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant editing and motion graphics tools.
- An excellent communicator, capable of collaborating effectively with creative teams, client stakeholders, and internal departments.
- Highly organized and efficient, able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and resources while maintaining creative excellence.
- A problem solver who can adapt to challenges, troubleshoot issues on set and in post-production, and find innovative solutions.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong eye for visual composition, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
- Social media savvy, with an understanding of content optimization for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat).
- Client-focused, dedicated to delivering outstanding work that strengthens brand identity and deepens client relationships.
- Up-to-date with industry trends, staying ahead of new technologies, creative techniques, and best practices in digital media.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional environment, able to adapt quickly to changing project needs and expectations.
