We’re looking for a Producer to join our Sponsored Production team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
The producer will Independently execute on sponsored AR & video projects and deliver assets within the scope and quality requirements that were set. They have a track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders & preferred partners, and of delivering projects on time.

We’re looking for a Producer to join our Sponsored Production team at Snap Inc!
What you’ll do:
The producer will Independently execute on sponsored AR & video projects and deliver assets within the scope and quality requirements that were set. They have a track record of building strong relationships with internal stakeholders & preferred partners, and of delivering projects on time.
- Be the main point of contact for multiple projects at a given time across a set client base
- Build project timelines for qualifying ad campaigns and Creative Strategy requests
- Be the escalation point for clients and partners ensuring the quality of communication and deliverables is always met
- Collaborate with and manage external creative services partners on projects associated with a set client base
- Develop a broad knowledge of ad products and support to strengthen partnership with external creative partners in your market/vertical, ranging from AR to video vendors
- Manage client communication and client questions throughout development process
- Proactively manage any potential challenges during asset development and provide creative solutions
- Responsible for keeping the different stakeholders aligned on the objective, securing final asset approval from client and agency partners
- Manage distribution of final assets to the account team / necessary parties if and when the projects are managed end to end by the producer
- Use appropriate project management tools to oversee projects, schedules, and costs
- While based in market, the producer, a member of the regional production team, will support on regional requests based on markets of verticalsl need
- Act as creative ambassador of Snapchat’s guidelines and creative best practices
- Creative and analytical skills
- Strong project management skills in a fluid environment
- Proficient in Keynote and Excel as well as G Suite
- Understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and brands
- Experience in project management, strategy or creative experience
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- 3-5 years experience in production / project management role
- Experience and knowledge of the international advertising industry
- Experience managing a pipeline and heavy workload
- Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities in fast-paced environment
- Ability to find optimizations to process packages that drive faster turn-around times while upholding creative quality.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills -- attention to detail is crucial
