YOUR TEAM
The Customs Experience team offers scalable services designed to engage audiences, connect people, and forge unforgettable memories. From live performances to permanent installations, these scalable and programmable experiences are meticulously crafted to respond to clients’ needs and meet the unique demands of any environment, with a 360° approach that ensures seamless production. Since its inception in 2001, Moment Factory has developed deep expertise across 8 key market segments: themed entertainment, cultural & educational, transportation hubs, public spaces, hospitality & leisure, brand activations & events, concerts & shows, and sports entertainment. In recent years, it has structured its project teams around these individual markets, in order to efficiently and holistically address the unique client objectives within them.
YOUR MISSION
You have the responsibility to develop business strategies, convert commercial opportunities into tangible projects such as permanent or semi-permanent multimedia installations, themed attractions, cultural destinations, as well as large-scale immersive environments, and define and establish the overall strategy of the project. Planning, organizing and supervising are part of your day-to-day tasks as you are the one person closely involved in every step of the way, from conception to final operation. You represent the project, and you are the one managing relationships with the client while ensuring efficient communication between the latter and the production team. You are responsible for the on-time on-budget delivery of every aspect of the project that goes according to predetermined criteria. Furthermore, you manage risk and advise teams by giving clear recommendations. You possess remarkable leadership and interpersonal skills. You are a talented communicator and a positive influencer. You are a hands-on producer who scopes, negotiates, and executes directly. You thrive in fast-moving, multicultural environments and take ownership from opportunity to delivery.

Roles And Responsibilities
Business Development, Strategic Scouting & Client Relations
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities across the GCC region, in collaboration with the Montréal and Paris studios.
- Lead the preparation of RFPs, proposals, and pitch decks — coordinating technical, creative, and financial inputs while writing and structuring content hands-on.
- Negotiate project scopes, budgets, and timelines with clients and partners until contract signature, ensuring alignment with both creative ambition and commercial feasibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in culture, themed entertainment, tourism, and real estate development.
- Represent Moment Factory in the region at professional events, conferences, and client meetings, acting as an ambassador of our creative, experiential and technical expertise.
- Monitor industry trends, new developments, and potential partners to anticipate market opportunities and position Moment Factory as a leader in immersive destinations.
- Contribute to the overall business strategy for the region, sharing insights and identifying opportunities for growth and partnership.
- Define and establish the project’s overall strategy, planning, organizing and supervising: service proposals, contracts, budget breakdowns, schedules, processes, and objectives;
- Identify and analyze available resources (in-house teams, expertise, etc.) for the realization of the project;
- Identify and analyze project’s potential risks and ensure to minimize and control;
- Research and identify optimal suppliers for the project;
- Prepare for the client project’s contractual and administrative documents, in collaboration with all internal participants;
- Plan and release billing while ensuring payment follow-up with client;
- Assign tasks and delegate to Project Managers according to the established strategy and available expertise;
- Manage client relations, represent the project and empower the teams;
- Supervise the project’s evolution and ensure a smooth operation by initiating valuable advice and recommendations to the teams (technical objectives, efficiency, etc.);
- Ensure on-budget delivery, with a constant follow-up on costs and overall project progress;
- Act as an expert and positive influencer: assist, train and accompany in relation to the required expertise;
- Bachelor’s degree in Management and/or in one of Moment Factory field of activities (i.e. Design, Architecture, Set Design, Multimedia Environment, Themed Entertainment);
- More than 5 years of experience in a Management position within a creative environment in the entertainment industry, in permanent or semi-permanent multimedia installations, themed attractions, cultural destinations, and large-scale immersive environments or in another related field involving creative content and technology;
- Prior experience delivering projects in the Gulf region.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (French is a plus); experience working in intercultural GCC contexts and communicating with international teams;
- Good understanding of a project’s financial and juridical components: contracts, budgets, production costs, billing, taxing, intellectual properties, immigrants’ law, etc.;
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Keynote, etc.);
- Understanding of each production phase and basic knowledge of multimedia technology.
- Understanding of business aspects specific to Moment Factory and issues related to them in order to size development opportunities;
- Collaborates closely with the Montreal and Paris studios, as well as regional partners, ensuring alignment across creative, technical, and commercial aspects.
- Business development
- Capacity to foresee international cultural trends and social phenomena, and be in the lockout for avant-gardist activities within the industry;
- Extended general knowledge applicable to the fields of activities of the company's clientele;
- Knowledge of current competition and products available;
- Demonstrated ability to handle and carry out multiple projects simultaneously, to work under pressure and in a team.
- Please note experience in short-term events or film/TV production is not the focus for this role.
