Key Responsibilities – Procurement, Supplier Relations & Supply Chain

  • Supplier Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify, research, and evaluate potential vendors to secure high quality and cost-effective products and services, supporting Niceone's business objectives.
  • Purchase Order Processing: Prepare, review, and monitor purchase orders and requisitions, ensuring compliance with approved policies and timeliness of delivery.
  • Vendor Communication: Establish and maintain professional relationships with suppliers to confirm pricing, negotiate terms, track shipments, and resolve any issues.
  • Contract and Documentation Management: Organize and manage procurement documents, contracts, and records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
  • Inventory Coordination: Support effective stock control by tracking deliveries, monitoring inventory levels, and working cross-functionally with warehouse and operations teams.
  • Process Improvement: Assist in identifying process optimization opportunities and contribute to implementing procurement best practices.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate regular procurement reports and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for performance improvement.

Key Skills And Qualifications – Entry-Level Procurement & Supply Chain

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Eligibility for the Tamheer Program is required.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical Ability: Comfort with basic data analysis, reporting, and workflow improvement.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; procurement or ERP system experience is a plus.
  • Professionalism & Discretion: High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information.
