One of JobIn Clients is looking for a Procurement Officer! In this role, you will manage sourcing, purchasing, and supplier relationships to ensure cost-effective and high-quality supplies for our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute procurement strategies that meet cost, quality, and timeline requirements.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best terms, focusing on quality, price, and reliability.
• Manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure supplier compliance with company standards.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast demand and maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other essential procurement documents.
- Proficiency with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of procurement best practices, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive supplier relationships.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar role, with strong negotiation skills.
