Procurement Senior Manager - (DEL - 508)

Qiddiya Investment Company is pioneering the development of a world-class entertainment destination in Saudi Arabia, bringing visionary projects to life as part of the Vision 2030 initiative. We are currently looking for a Procurement Senior Manager to lead and optimize procurement processes across various projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with a strategic mindset who can foster relationships with suppliers while ensuring the effective procurement of goods and services to support our mission.

The Procurement Senior Manager will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring team alignment with project goals. You will play a critical role in enhancing procurement performance through innovative solutions and strategic oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies that align with organizational objectives and project requirements
• Lead procurement activities for various projects, ensuring compliance with laws and internal standards
• Negotiate contracts and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and value
• Implement best practices in procurement processes, continuously assessing and improving procurement performance
• Manage a team of procurement professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities
• Analyze market trends to inform procurement strategies and decision-making
• Generate and present procurement reports to senior management, offering insights and recommendations
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with 5 years in a senior management role
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines; Master's degree is preferred
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale procurement projects within the entertainment, construction, or real estate sectors
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop insights for procurement strategies
• Proficient in procurement software and tools, with an understanding of ERP systems
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while juggling multiple projects and stakeholders
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
