We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Operations Coordinator (Saudi National) to support day-to-day procurement activities throughout a 1-year engagement. The role involves coordinating procurement operations from Project Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO) issuance, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and timely processing of procurement requests. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of relevant experience and a solid understanding of procurement workflows and systems.

- Saudi National.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in procurement operations or supply chain coordination.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end procurement process, especially the flow from Project Request (PR) to Purchase Order (PO).
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage documentation, follow up on procurement cycles, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and follow-through.
- Basic knowledge of procurement policies and compliance standards.
- Coordinate daily procurement operations, ensuring efficient processing of Project Requests (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs).
- Track procurement requests and follow up with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely progress.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and support documentation.
- Liaise with finance and project teams to align procurement timelines with budget and project needs.
- Assist in the preparation of procurement reports, updates, and summaries for management.
- Ensure all procurement activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Support continuous improvement efforts in procurement processes and workflow efficiency.
