We are looking a procurement officer with 3-5 years experience in local Saudi procurement. He will be responsible for managing the procurement process, from obtaining quotes and monitoring performance to completion.
The role involves negotiating with suppliers, monitoring and developing the supply chain, and maintaining records.
The Procurement Officer will ensure that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, as well as excellent problem-solving abilities.
Must be knowledgeable in SAUDI Market. Preferably came from a trading company.
Must have a driver's license.
Ability to manage supplier relationships
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail
