Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce a vacancy for the position of Procurement Manager - MAS 499. In this role, you will be instrumental in steering procurement activities that support our innovative projects and align with the company's strategic goals. You will lead sourcing initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and ensure that procurement practices are efficient, transparent, and compliant.

Your responsibilities will include conducting market assessments, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that purchases fulfill the requirements of cost, quality, and compliance. You will work closely with various project teams to understand their needs and establish effective procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for assigned projects, ensuring all activities align with company policies and objectives
  • Identify and engage with suppliers to source the necessary goods and services, conducting evaluations and price comparisons as needed
  • Negotiate contracts and manage agreements to optimize value and minimize risks
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to define procurement needs and specifications
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of products
  • Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement initiatives as needed
  • Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities and savings achieved to senior management
  • Train and support team members on procurement processes and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within the construction or entertainment industry
  • Solid experience in contract negotiation and supplier management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on relationship-building
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Understanding of market trends and best practices in procurement.
