Procurement Manager

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Procurement Manager to join our team! In this role, you will manage and direct all procurement functions for small to medium-sized projects (domestic or international), ensuring efficient purchasing, expediting, supplier data control, supplier quality, and traffic coordination.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.

• Coordinate with project teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials, equipment, and services.

• Monitor procurement budgets, track spending, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with key vendors and suppliers.

• Provide procurement status updates and reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Mitigate risks related to procurement and supply chain disruptions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• 15+ years of experience in procurement management for large-scale projects.

• Expertise in supply chain optimization and vendor management.

• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven track record of managing procurement budgets and delivering cost-effective solutions.
