Working with an oil and gas company based in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, in search of a Procurement Director. The role will invlove leading the strategic sourcing and procurement functions to ensure seamless supply chain operations and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Additionally, fluency in arabic and english is a must, and previous expereince in the KSA market and oil and gas sector is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Procurement Leadership: Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives, optimizing sourcing processes and supplier relationships to achieve cost savings and efficiency.

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to secure favorable pricing, quality, and delivery terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

• Supply Chain Optimization: Streamline supply chain processes, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Contract Management: Oversee the creation, review, and management of contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals while mitigating risks.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of collaboration, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

• Budgeting & Cost Control: Manage procurement budgets, monitor expenditures, and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality or delivery timelines.

• Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop proactive strategies to mitigate disruptions, ensuring business continuity.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including operations, finance, and legal teams, to align procurement strategies with overall business objectives.
