Job Description

• Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Procurement Administrator to join Qiddiya’s Tree Procurement Unit. ! In this role you will be working with the QIC Horticulture team.
  
  
  

This Role Requires Strong Organizational Skills And Experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Coordinate call off orders, service orders, purchase orders, coordinating workflow approvals, managing signature of documents, managing supplier communications, managing supplier database etc.
• Coordinate tree inspection by the team, all the way to delivery of trees while updating the order trackers daily and maintaining clear and relevant trackers
• Maintain and update approved vendor/subcontractor database for the project.
• Prepare and/or assist project team in preparing requests for qualification and request for proposal documents and manage the solicitation, bid and award processes for procurement of goods and services.
• Assists various Project Managers with enforcing the terms of their Contract agreements in relationship to procurement by applying post contract principles to provide advice, recommendations and solutions to issues controlled by the agreements.
• Performs all duties with care and in accordance with client procurement policy and ways of working.
• What Required Skills You'll Bring:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration or any relevant field.
• Minimum 3+ years of work experience is required.
• Procurement experience with a major engineering and construction firm or client side is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Ariba
• Experience with project tracking and reporting
• Knowledge of supply chain reporting and management
